Christian was born and raised in Turrialba, Costa Rica situated in the Caribbean foothills surrounded with beautiful mountains and volcanoes. At an early age, he became captivated by nature and took special interest in birds and frogs.
These interests had him exploring the local towns and environments providing him with an exceptional knowledge of the environments of the Turrialba area.

Carolina grew up in the Central Valley of Costa Rica. Although she was raised in the city, she found a passion for nature and ultimately decided to study biology. Lover of studying mushrooms and bird watching.
Scientific editor and promoter of the Open Science movement. National representative before Research Data Alliance. She has published in high quality journals such as the Royal Society Open Science. She puts together all these passions and learning to be able to offer our tourism clients a unique and authentic experience on their trips.
